Being anxious or sad momentarily is a natural emotion for us. However if these feelings persist and start to interfere with everyday life this may be depression and or anxiety.
Getting help by speaking to someone and exploring these feelings can be the first step to developing coping mechanisms can have a huge impact on your day to day interactions and activites.

My Approach
Counselling shouldn't be daunting, my approach is to listen and carve out time for you to sit with your thoughts and actions and help you examine them. I want to hear your story and I can offer a non-judgemental time and space for your to share your thoughts and feelings and to offer support.

We will work together to explore your experiences and focus on you and only you and how we can find ways to address any challenges you may be having with anxiety, depression, worry, sleep, self-esteem or just to help you find better mental strenght and clarity. Everybody is different and has different reactions to stressors in their life. My goal is to help you with your unique circumstances.
